April 24th--Vortex to the Ojibwa is #1 on the wild rose press best seller list and tomorrow Booty Call for Murder is available in e format through the wild rose press.

Just received my first review from Lynda at Simply Romance and it was fantastic.

Here's an exerpt

Booty Call for Murder manages to find some light hearted moments in the midst of all the suspense. You'll be holding your breath until the last, following more turns than a NASCAR race,, before we come to a climatic end or is it the end? I recommend you shake your booty to the bookstore and pick this one up. You won't be sorry you did.

Had a wonderful mother's day with my mom. She's a very special lady and I only dream of becoming half the mom she is, though with my two boys it's an easy task to mother them.

My husband spoiled me as usual and I didn't think the day could get any better then I checked and Booty Call for Murder was #10 on the wild rose press best seller list.

So thanks to all who purchased it. I hope you enjoy it and The Cobra Murders will be out soon.

Here's the review I received today from the wonderful website Fallen Angels:

Booty Call for Murder was a fun quick read. I had to envy Victoria for having a guy like Detective Angus McDonald wanting her. Who wouldn't want a guy like former cover-boy Angus? I liked the twist Jane Greehill added with the identity of the killer. It made the ending a good one. Angus was the perfect hero. He was tough but at the same time knew how to protect as well as care for a woman. Victoria may seem clueless at times but when she sets her mind to something than watch out. Booty Call for Murder had a lot of fun, interesting and great secondary characters in addition to the main characters Victoria and Angus. Jane Greenhill definately did a good job writing Booty Call for Murder.

I got a call from Peggy at Firedrake's Weyr asking me to join in and chat during a radio blog spot. Shy me thought what the heck, I'd go for it and so I did. I got a chance to talk about The Dustbunnies as well as Comic Books from the Evil Planet Xoron. Check out our chat at www.blogtalkradio.com/FDWP

Another excellent reviews in for Booty Call for Murder

The Long and Short of It

Reading this book was more than pleasant for all the characters were so similiar to the people that we meet in real life, that it would have been difficult not to empathize. I really loved and had fun with the protective gay friend and matchmaker mother (quite a cliche) and the fanatical romance books customers--all of them so hilarious!

I could go on for hours but I would only succeed in spoiling the fun of discovering this nice novel. To summarize, I would say that Booty Call for Murder charmed me by its freshness and the origianl and fun cast of characters.

My opinion? For those looking for a mystery novel full of love and fun Booty Call for Murder would be the perfect pick.

Crazy life we lead. I just got a job with our local school board so trying to fit in writing is adding to the craziness, but the job pays more with flexible hours so once everythign settles in, I'm sure it will be fine.

Working on getting my CP's story ready to go to the editors as well as driving the kids to football, hockey and friends.

Love you all and thanks for checking out the blurb.

THE DUSTBUNNIES IS NOW AVAILABLE FROM www.firedrakesweyr.com. It's a fun story and the folks at Firedrakes are some of the best in the business that I've come across.

On the homefront my dear sweet husband is off for all of Aug--the joys of being second in command so we're going to be cottage bound, where I'll be hard at work on edits for Comic books from the evil planet Xoron and Vampire Bytes.

Also in the midst of planning an European vacation for next summer.

Will keep you all posted on my writing. Thanks for stopping by and happy reading.

Today's my wonderful mom's bday and we're having a party for 30 people.

My son is in his football finals tomorrow and as usual summer is flying by.

Hope all is well with you and yours. Happy reading.

Took my mom and my two sons shopping today.  Boys definately don't like to spend money.

Just got the marks back from a college course I was taking over the summer and despite all my worrying and fretting I got 90%. Quit proud considering I haven't taken an exam in almost 30 years.
